Eat vegetables to become slim

You must be thinking you are eating healthy food while biting a piece raw carrot. It is best not to do so because no vegetables in the market are grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. These are dangerous for your health in the long run. So if you rally want to eat raw vegetables do the following:

Soak the vegetables like tomato, radish, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, carrot, beetroot etc. in hot water for half an hour. Then drain the water and cut to pieces to eat raw. You can add the cut pieces to boiling water to make a soup.

Soak green grams etc. in water overnight till sprouts come out. Now boil the same for 5 minutes before you consume the sprouts.

Peel off bottle gourd. Cut it into pieces. Put the pieces in a mixer and make juice. Add lukewarm water to it and drink in the morning. If you do not want to drink the juice add one spoon of oil to a heated pan. Then add sliced green chilies, bottle gourd pieces, a pinch of salt and a pinch of turmeric powder and finally water. Cover the pan and leave it to cook. This is good for people who want to lose weight and for the ones who have a delicate stomach.

Make spinach soup with cabbage, cauliflower and tomato. Wash the vegetables in warm water first; then boil the vegetables in a pan with a pinch of salt. When the vegetables are half cooked add noodles. When the noodle is cooked, switch off the gas. Serve the soup hot by sprinkling pepper powder on it.
